Obtaining Official Transcripts for IIMC Education Hours

To apply for your CMC or MMC, you must supply official transcripts from the appropriate educational institution.

Transcripts cost $5.00 each and must be paid for in advance. Make checks payable to MLGP/ Missouri State; we also accept Visa or MasterCard. Don’t forget to include the card’s expiration date on the request.

Requests may be made by mail, fax, or in person, and must include:
